Rail-Grinder/Weed Trimmer Combo Model# IRS-GW-55The IRS-GW-55 is a three piece unit, utilizing a rugged Stihl® engine and two easily interchangeable extensions. One extension is an auto-feed Weed Trimmer head allowing for easy right of way maintainance. The other head extension is a light weight yet, heavy duty Rail Grinder head with a protective aluminum wheel shroud. It's a snap to go from Weed and grass cutting to rail grinding! Simply loosen the thumbwheel on the shaft, slide out the trimmer head and insert the grinder head. It's that easy!! The IRS-GW-55 also comes equipped with an adjustable shoulder strap to reduce fatigue. All three pieces disassemble and store easily inside a utility bin of a maintainer's truck. The IRS-GW-55 grinding kit comes tested and adjusted to operate at a maximum of 6,000 RPM.
